WiFi network called CloudHub_xxxxxx

Hello, I hope you can help me with this, I'm trying to do this but I'm not sure what happened, I have a Raspberry Pi 4 Model B and installed the software ( cloudhub-pi4-factory-sdcard.zip ), So I connected raspberry with a mouse, monitor and it seems everything it's ok, on the monitor

12.056023 wlan0: link becomes ready
And I can see the devices connected on the raspberry, if I disconnect one device on the monitor i can see USB disconnect seems ok.

So I turned on WiFi on my laptop, started to scanning there are several Wifi connections but not the CloudHub_xxxxxx, I turn off wifi and turn on again..... several connections but not the CloudHub_xxxxxx.

I decide to looking for on my android's phone ... and surprise show me CloudHub_xxxxxx, I turn off the wifi on my phone and On again, started to scanning and show me CloudHub_xxxxxx, after that tried on my laptop again, but I don't know why is not scanning the CloudHub_xxxxxx .

I install again on the raspberry and the same result.

I tried with 3 laptop with the same result, no one of the laptop can scanning the CloudHub_xxxxxx, I tried wiht win10 64bit, win7 32 and 64 bit and the result is the same.

Waiting for your advice.

Thanks!

OK not sure sorry, first time ive heard of this issue. Double check your wifi is searching on both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz as the pi4 will broadcast on the 2.4Ghz frequency by default
