Yes virtualhere will still work, im not sure yet if they have it in the DSM 7 app store yet. They are testing it and i suspect it will go in there very soon if its not already.
In the meantime you could just use the Beta version of virtualhere for DSM 7. Go to package center Settings->Yes i want to see beta versions and install it from there
