Newb here.
Is there a simple setup FAQ for first time users?
I've got the server running on my desktop machine (Windows 10), and the client running in a cloud instance (Windows 10 running on shadow.tech/cloud Windows PC).
I've launched the server (running) and the client, but when I enter a Hub, what do I enter? Just the external facing IP address of my PC where the server is running? When I do that, in the client I keep seeing:
Connecting to USB hub...
And then it disappears. Is there another server identifier I should be using other than an external facing IP?

You probably have port 7575 blocked in your firewall. See here for easyfind https://www.virtualhere.com/easyfind if you cant figure it out otherwise

However this forum is not for debugging network issues. You need to ask your provider - shadow, to help you
