My physical server holding the VirtualHere server software is on its last leg. So I am moving the VirtualHere server software to new physical server. I installed the latest version of VirtualHere server to this new physical server.

I've done a lot of troubleshooting on this issue.

At first I thought it was just the controller but used another controller and same issue.

I have a Raspberry Pi3 connected via LAN cable and is on a VLAN to the windows system -- there is no other traffic on this link and is dedicated to VirtualHere communication. 

This works perfectly and latency is minimal if any at all and in the PI I have a powered USB hub plugged in with the following:

We are using VirtualHere CloudHub (version 4.8.1 on GL-AR300M16) and VirtualHere Client 5.9.3 on Windows with OMNIKEY 3121 Smart Card readers (using the generic Microsoft WUDF drivers) and we've noticed that the following errrors popup multiple times in Windows Event Viewer:

Smart Card Reader 'HID Global OMNIKEY 3x21 Smart Card Reader 0' rejected IOCTL 0x313520: Incorrect function.  If this error persists, your smart card or reader may not be functioning correctly.

My setup had been working fine for quite some time, but stopped some time ago. 

I have a usb bluetooth dongle plugged in nvidia shield pro which is running the virtual here server. Client is my pc.

Hi! I would like to know if the server has the possibility of controlling the devices by itself. Let's say that the server has 10 clients connected to it, can I command the server directly to forward the device 1 to the client with the IP XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX, then command the server to connect device 2 to the client with the IP YYY.YYY.YYY.YYY, then command the server to disconnect all the devices.

Is this possible, or the controlling can be done only client side?

I've tried using virtualhere with moonlight game streaming, but as soon as I use any input on the wheel, the game drops to 12 fps. It is all the same on gh5 and assetto corsa. I'm using pxn v10 pro which requires no driver.

Any helps are appreciated.

I have VirtualHere server running on Raspberry Pi 4 / 64 bit OS, and a client running on Windows 11 Pro. I just got GameSir G7 Pro controller, and it is refusing to work when connected via VirtualHere, doesn't matter if it is a direct USB connection or using included USB dongle. It appears as "game controller device" in Windows device manager but no software detects it. It works on the same machine / OS when connected directly. In Windows event log I'm seeing a lot of "Incorrect function" messages. Happy to share any debug data if provided instructions.

Hi, I had switched phone and installed Virtual Here on the new phone while I got rid of the old one. I'm having an issue with the license on my new phone. When I open the app and check the license it says that it's invalid even though I had already bought one before and when I click on the "Buy License" I get an error saying that I already own a license.... The app is great and does what it should do but the licensing part is quite odd.

I'm trying to setup my Raspberry Pi 3 as a USB server over Wi-Fi as an ad-hoc network using Virtual Here. I have succeeded in getting it to work over my local network, but as soon as I create an Ad-Hoc network on the Pi and connect to it with my laptop, it can no longer connect to the server on the Pi. I have allowed TCP 7575 and UPD 5353 through my firewall, and I have set a static IP on the Pi using nmtui, but so far no luck. Not sure what I'm missing, or if Windows 10/11 are the issue.
