Support for VirtualHere hardware and software
I would like to get back the stock firmware ..is it possible?
We are using VirtualHere software to share a USB device over network.
The USB device is a Polhemus Tracker
VirtualHereLog.txt attached
The USB client has got the driver installed for Polhemus tracker, but VirtualHere seems to want to download it from:
https://www.virtualhere.com/sites/default/files/usbserver/windows/win64…
Can it be added there, please?
Do we need to send the driver file to you?
tried to reinstall, but the problem remains.
NAS is Synology DS412+ running DSM 6.2.1-23824
installed Version of virtual here: 3.2.9
Hi I had update the QNAP to version 4.3.5.0722 Virtual USB does not work any longer.
The client does not find the virtualUSB server.
When Running The Client as a Service you can only connect to purchased servrs
MY Error
3.7.6 Cederview failing to run on Latest Synology DSM 6.2.1-23824
As soon as you run it stops.
Not sure how to diagnose. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. Stopped working after the latest DSM update.
Hi there,
We have a piece of equipment which doesn't have 64-bit driver support. We already use VirtualHere for some licence dongles, I was wondering if it would be possible to share a USB device which only has 32-bit support, to a 64-bit machine? This may be a really silly question, but is it possible to pass through the device from a 32-bit VirtualHere server, to a 64-bit Windows client?
Regards,
Richard
I have a problem with a windows 10 client crashing (BSOD) whenever the usb device (national instruments USB-6009) is either physically unplugged from the Odroid-C2 server or released (stop-using) with the virtual-here client gui.
USB-6009 device is the only device having this problem
This problem is not present on Win7/64bit client against the same server.
Hi,
I've migrated from a 2010 MBP 13" running High Sierra (VH working perfectly) to a 2018 MBP 13" (Touch Bar) running Mojave, and I can't seem to get the client to work.
I'm trying to use VH to access an ext HDD that is connected via USB to my QNAP NAS, which in turn is connect through my home router via WiFi to my laptop. Previously I have been able to use this successfully when running High Sierra.
I have deinstalled and reinstalled the app on the NAS, and on my Mac.
Hi,
I just installed virtual here server (v3.7.3) on a Synology NAS (with DSM 6.2-23739 Update 2 ) and it's not working with iloks on MacPro with osx 10.13 .
Is it a known problem ?
I can see ilok in the list, I can connect to it, but when I start ilok manager or protools for example, it freezes until I disconnect the ilok.
Then it report an error.
I should mention that it is working perfectly on a MacPro with osx ElCapitan (10.11.6)
Thanks !
