Support for VirtualHere hardware and software
Hi!

Hi there,
I'm currently trialing out VirtualHere, and comparing it to other devices such as the Lantronix USB-to-Ethernet device. And if it does eventually actually start working properly. Would more than happily purchase your software.
However, I'm currently running into the following problem. My device, although is seen on the Client, and connects according the client. However, according to the system. It appears as though no device has been connected.
It this a limitation of the trial software?
Hi all,
I just like ask if i can make a setup like this:
RPi3 as a USB Server and with a Huawei E3372 4G modem so i can get it online on internet.
Then i will install a USBtoRS232 on the RPi3 that i like to mount to my PC and use my local software.
I do have RPi3 and the Huawei E3372 4G modem ready.
Just need to sign up a account for DynDNS or?
Dynamic DNS Service can i use: www.ddns.net
Hi!
For some personal project I would need to know if it's possible to have Virtualhere server integrated into OpenWRT firmware, maybe throught integrated package manager?
I know that cloudhub is a fork from OpenWRT with VirtualHere server, but some features are missing and I need them, so for me, the best would be to have a full OpenWRT 15.04 with full support for VirtualHere server.
Thanks!
Hi Support,
I have experienced trouble when connecting Saitek Pro Flight Pedals to VirtualHere over Steam Link. While other Saitek controllers (Pro Flight Yoke, X52 joystick) worked fine on my Steam Link + VirtualHere setup, connecting the pedals to VirtualHere always led to error message "Operation not permitted" (-1) on the client, and then the device would no longer show up under the client tree view.
So when starting the Mac service in reverse mode via config file,
if I set it to run as background service it does not report attached devices.
Im starting the service as :/ sudo executableBinary -c configFile -b
Only if I run the server as a GUI app on Mac, can I see the devices and use them on the client (which Im already aware of cannot be a service to connect to devices.)
I run the client as :/ sudo client
Is this a known limitation because I could swear it worked last week :D
My primary interest in VirtualHere have been to use a huge range of retro-pads and adapters, including in particular a retronicdesign DB9 adapter (Amiga, Atari, C64 etc) on my bedroom computer, so that I can play emulated games ran and archived on my main computer.
I recently rebooted the machine where my client runs (I have 2 Raspberry Pi remote servers running licensed VH servers), and when it came back up, the serial ports had different numbers (was COM6 and COM8, now it's COM7 and COM9). How can I prevent this from happening?
Furthermore, my system already has a COM7... so now I have 2! That should DEFINITELY not happen...
Hello guys,
The last time I've ordered MR3020 I've recieved V3, and the firmware is different because chipset is different.
I didn't find the firmware for that one, and the one for V1 is not accepted via webflash, so, is there any ETA about CloudHub firmware for V3?
Thanks guys
Additions:
V1 goes with atheros chipset, V3 goes with broadcom I think.
V3 goes with blue box, V1 is white box.
