eLicenser not working (Client: Windows 10, Server: Synology NAS )

Forums

eLicenser is not working. When I start "eLicenser Control Center" it hangs until I unmount eLicencer in "VirtualHere Client" clicking "Stop using this device". Cubase is not starting with error message "No valid licence found. Program will be closed."

I also use iLok which is working great.

Any hints what I can try?

Application hangs (not on raspi)

Forums

Hello,
I was running virtualhere for a long time on a raspberry pi to connect my Canon DR-2010C document scanner. It worked without issues.
Now I moved to a Intel NUC (which has a ~10x faster CPU with SSD). It detects the scanner, the scan runs but at the end the scan application hangs.

Do you have any advice how to troubleshoot this problem?

Best regards,
Stefa

Dear Sir,

I am recording on a USB Audio device(microphone) connected to RaspberryPi3 ModelB.

[Setup]

They are connected to a Windows10 machine using a wired network and are recording

USB 3 devices from Windows to Windows

Forums

I'm trying to connect a usb 3 card reader but if I plug into a usb 3 port on the server the client i connect gets "Unknown USB Device (Invalid Device Descriptor)" in device manager. Plugging in through a usb 2 extension solves the issue but should i not get better speeds if I can get it to work on USB 3? I have tried other usb 3 devices like a usb key and get the same result.

Keyboard and mouse devices are unusable on the pi after disconnecting from virtualhere server

Forums

Client: Windows 10 intel chip
Server: Raspberry pi 3

Client Software: Windows 64 bit Version 4.3.5
Server Software: VirtualHere USB Server Optimized for Pi3

Connected Devices: Corsair K70 RGB keyboard, Corsair sabre RGB mouse

Expected Result: Keyboard and mouse resume functionality on host device after disabling the virtualhere connection and killing the server.

Actual Result: After connecting a device with the client, it remains unusable without a reboot of the host device. Even unplugging and replugging the USB mouse/keyboard has no effect.
