WR902AC CloudHub using only 5GHz WiFI

Forums

I installed the CloudHub image on a WR902AC TP-Link router. It all works, but I observe that there is no apparent way, within the VirtualHere UI, to select which radio is used for WiFi. The image defaults to only the 5 GHz radio. In my case, all of the networks that I will be connecting to are 2.4GHz. I was obviously able to change this using uci commands from the lede shell, but that sort of defeats the purpose of an "appliance" device.

License remove after clone

Forums

i allready have some raspi's running VH, now it came that i had to create a clone, changed ip and hostname and connected to the device. Of course, and rightfully, it claims about an invalid license. Before i now buy the next license i wanted to test the device (1 connection license would be sufficent for test), but HOW to remove the INVALID License?

ShieldTV problems

Forums

Hi,

everything worked well until a few days ago (before the last Shield TV update). Now the client (Windows) seems to recognize the Android server but not the devices connected to a USB hub. it only see devices connected directly to USB ports. Note, however, that by configuring the Android TV server, devices are regularly viewed (if i show the list of devices, for example, to ignore them). I also tried to change hub USB but nothing.
Can you help me?

Thank you.

Error when starting the Android Server

Forums

Hello,

I just found out this app while looking for a way to use my USB controllers while game streaming.

I installed the app in my Minix U1 and when I started it, an error message popped up and I think the app is unusable.
The beginning of the message says:

Error running exec(). Command: [/data/data/com.virtualhere.androidserver/vhusbdan, -r, stdout, -a, unknown, -e, 3.14.29] Working Directory: null Environment: [...]

instalation error

Forums

When installing Linux server at RaspberryPi Model B+ I used this steps:
Installation is simple, figure out the architecture of your server device (for example x86_64), then on the linux server device:
1.wget http://www.virtualhere.com/sites/default/files/usbserver/vhusbdx86_64 (e.g x86_64, see list below)
2.chmod +x ./vhusbdx86_64 (to make that file executable)
3.sudo ./vhusbdx86_64 -b (to run it in the background)

High CPU usage in Windows Client

Forums

I am running 14 spectrometers on a RPi3 using Cloudhub and have tried both vhui64.exe and vhui32.exe on two different win7 PCs. On both, the CPU for the vhui task is around 14 %. It doesn't matter if it is running as a service or not. For reference, doing the same tasks with Coolgear USBG-4NET devices and the Windows USB Server.exe shows a CPU usage of 0%. A program that is doing extensive processing and graphing of the data from the spectrometers is showing a CPU usage of 2%.
