connect/disconnect issues on Raspberry PI B+

Forums

Hello.

I am using an old version of Virtualhere (server) on a Raspberry PI B+ (2016, never updated)

I have 4 deviced connected: 1x wireless mouse, 1x wirless keyboard and 2x XBOX one controllers.

When I play games, sometimes (random) the 2nd controller disconnect & reconnect (auto connect devices) for no reason, while the other 3 devices operates normally.

What to do?

If I sell my old device, then buy a new device, could I transfer my android License to new device?

Forums

I was worried about that. Because I always playing streaming game on my pad, I'd also like to renew my device to the newest tech device. Maybe you can build a feature or a page to transfer user's License, I think that would be better, thanks.

S.M.A.R.T data on connected USB drives

Forums

can the USB server read/transmit the S.M.A.R.T data on connected USB drives?

For example... if I am using a Windows client to connect to a Linux USB server connected with USB drives, can my Windows client extract the S.M.A.R.T data from the remote USB drives if I have HDD reporting software like Hard Disk Sentinel Pro installed on the Windows machine?

Duplicate USB device Address

Forums

Hi,

I have 2 Nikon cameras connected to an intel NUC via ethernet with VirtualHere. 2x Raspberry Pis run the Virtual Here server and have a physical USB connection to each camera. The two ethernet cables connect to a switch with one ethernet cable to the NUC running windows 10.

However, on windows they both have the same bus number and device address. Is it possible to make these unique?

Gaming Yoke not working on Apple Silicon, works fine on Raspberry Pi

Forums

Dear support-team,

I have a Turtle Beach Yoke connected to a licensed Raspberry Pi VIRTUALHERE server and it's working  on a Windows 11 client.

Now I want to use the same Yoke with my Silicon MacBook Pro as the server to the same Windows 11 client.

I can see the Yoke flashing as it is reconnected every other second. Here is what the VIRTUALHERE log says on the MacBook Pro:

Share Android tablet

Forums

Hello,

I have a issue with Android tablet share, it work fine but when I activate the connection to the tablet I have to confirm on its screen every time to have access to its internal storage, doing it directly on my PC I only need to do it once. Is there an option on the server to correct this problem?

Thank you

Nicolas
