Codemeter not working

Forums

Hi,

I'm trialling the software as we use several codemeter dongles I'd like to keep on a single server, but when I try and 'Use this device' on the client, it shows in use for a few seconds then stops.  On the server it opens the codemeter folder.

Is there a way to share the codemeter license using this software?

Tks

Windows not seeing some devices

Forums

Hello!  I recently picked up a Rpi5 8gb to run the devices for my flight sim rig.  Just installed the latest rpi5 virtual here server, connected to 2 sabrent 16 port USB 3 hubs, totalling 13 devices per hub.  Each hub is connected to each USB 3 port on the Rpi5.  Virtual Here sees all the devices connected to it, however windows does not for some reason.  I've tried using/un-using the devices that don't show up but windows device manager doesn't see any changes.  Some devices are arduinos, some are standard USB controllers.

Error once a week/month (Error 22 discarding urb)

Forums

Hi Michael,

We are using the latest CloudHub (v 4.7.3) on a GL-AR300M16 with a USB-to-serial POS system (STMicroelectronics Virtual COM Port, HW ID: USB\VID_0483&PID_5740). We use a separately powered USB hub (from Amazon; one that supports port restarting) between the devices and the CloudHubs. The client version is 5.8.2 running on Windows 10 (as a service).

Very sporadically (once a week or month) we get a "Error 22 discarding urb" only once during the day:

Issue with Connecting Creality Otter on Android and Windows 11

Forums

Hello, I’m interested in this great product. I need it to operate the Creality Otter scanner connected to an Android device as a server. The client on Windows 11 uses the Creality Scan software.

The client (Win11) correctly detects the device, but unfortunately, the program does not. Where should I look for the issue? The software would definitely be a great help and a worthy replacement for the expensive Creality Bridge.

Thank you in advance for your help!

KVM USB Emulator Dongle Device Details

Forums

Hi,

I recently ordered the KVM module, and it has already been delivered. I tested it, and it works great—thank you!

I just have one question, and I hope someone can help me with it. I queried the values for the USB Emulator Dongle on the target machine and noticed that the Manufacturer was listed as "Virtual Here Pty. Ltd." and the name as "KVM Peripheral Emulator." I was wondering if it’s possible to override these values, including the vendor ID and product ID. Using the VirtualHere Client, I was only able to change the name.

Thank you in advance!
