Hi,

Hi I am a bit of a beginner to raspberry pi and linux
I have a raspberry pi(P1) acting a virtual here server with an arduino connected to it. It is wifi networked to another raspberry pi(P2) in Ad hoc mode. I am trying to run the GUI for my machine on P2 and have it serial write some data to the arduino via the vifi and virtual here. The problem is I cant figure out what the address should be in the serial write setup to replace the '/dev/ttyACM0' that was the address for the arduino before I introduced virtual here.
ser=serial.Serial('/dev/ttyACM0',9600)
I have the Raspberry pi server running and the client on windows and the PC client seeing the USB Hub using the demo program vhusbdarm on server.
I see the devices but message when running the client as a service you can only connect to purchased servers.
I want to test for one device if this works I will purchase server license as I have 2 other USB devices to connect.
,,, there is no search feature I can find
... what are free vs. paid differences
,.. wi the WR703N run this?
,,,,, will it run on OpenWRT?
Thanks!
I've been happily using VH with my steam link devices and windows PCs for some time, and recently had a need to get VH working on a ChromeOS device (Google Pixelbook). The Steam Link app works quite well on the Pixelbook, but I discovered that the VH Android app is shown as 'not compatible' in the Play Store. I've found that I can try enabling 'Developer Mode' on this laptop to sideload the APK for the app, but that's unfortunately not an option for how this particular laptop is being used.
Hello,
I just wanted to check with you that VirtualHere is fully supported on MacOS 10.15?
Hello,
I have trouble using VirtualHere Client on MacBook Pro 2019 running OS X 10.14.6.
I opened the VirtualHere Client, and I connected to the Wi-Fi of my device running server. My device appeared in the VirtualHere Client and then an installation wizard popped up. I install follow the guide and it failed. Still I cannot use my device via Wi-Fi.
Your reply will be appreciated!
When started the client only Bonjour gets installe, but the drivers doesnt install, how can I make the Virtualhere drivers install?
