VirtualHere Client Crashed on macOS 10.13.6

Forums

Hello,

I tried to open VirtualHere app on macOS 10.13.6 but it crashed. It said "Please see syslog for more information."
I checked the syslog and found crash backtrace as below. But still I cannot figure out what was wrong.
Could you please find out what was wrong with the client app.
Your reply will be very helpful. Thanks.

Using VH on nvidia shield GeForceNow

Forums

I’m trying to use my Logitech g29 wheel on nvidia GeForceNow. VH is in installed and working in my steam library and can be found while using my pc, however, it doesn’t appear in my steam library when using GeForceNow. It’s nowhere to be found.

I’ve tried putting the VH app on my Shield, VH works with my Xbox elite controller and mini keyboard but not the g29.... not even the prompt to always use VH while this devise is plugged in. The g29 does power up and calibrate when plugged in to the USB but that’s all.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Issue with the new Ryzen 3000 with Windows 10

Forums

Hello,

I have detected an issue with the x64 client for windows (I don't know if other versions are affected).
I use vh client for windows 10 1903 64 bits connected to an Android server.

I have analyzed that the client prevents the new Ryzen processors to enter on idle state because it makes "Outstanding Timer Request"

If you open powershell and launch this command:

powercfg /energy /duration 5

VirtualHere Server Raspberry PI - 40 usb devices

Forums

Hello-
I have a raspberry pi running with about 40 usb devices. There's 4 usb hubs with 10 keys each. I've noticed a problem starts to occur when I start the server with all of the devices connected. The keyboard and mouse are not responsive on the system and I'm unable to ping the Pi.

The system appears to be fine if I start the Pi with 10 devices. Problems start to occur when I turn on and connect 20 or more devices.

VirtualHere Client not picking up TPcast after win10 update

Forums

I ran a windows 10 update yesterday and my VirtualHere client (now running 4.8.3) is not picking up my TPcast. I tried reverting to the original TPcast firmware with the original TPcast connection wizard, and that worked. Where do I start troubleshooting?

Possible problem on Shield with Android 9?

Forums

Now, I'm not actually sure Android 9 is to blame, because I hadn't used the shield or virtualhere for a few months, but when I turned it on on the weekend there was an update for Android 9, so I installed it and since then Virtualhere hasn't been working. The client on my windows 10 PC discovers it fine, but then sits there trying to connect and eventually times out with a general "Unable to connect" type message.

is the connection time limited ?

Forums

Hi,
I'm trying the trial version of Virtualhere server on a Raspberry Pi 3+.
The USB device connected to the Raspberry is an ECG recording hardware from NORAV Medical which acquires and streams USB data continuously.
I'm able to see the USB device from the client (a laptop running Windows 7), connect to it and record data on the laptop just like the USB device is directly connected to the laptop. Easy to install both server and client sides, amazing job from you.
