Problem getting it running on Anrdroid TV

Forums

Hello. I'm having a problem running VirtualHere.

My server is: NVidia Shield with Android TV, I installed VirtualHere there and it runs.
My client is: Windows 10 64-bit laptop, I run the client and it looks to run fine.
The USB device is "FrSky XSR-SIM", which is a game controller / gamepad type of device.

I can succesfully connect this device - it is plugged into Shield TV. The PC sees it and I can "use device". Then it appears in Windows in "Game controller" and all looks fine - Windows does see the device. However gamepad movements are not transferred.

OSX kernel panic (device disconnect)

Forums

Hi together,

I use 'virtual here' to connect from my mac to a windows machine.
roughly three months it worked perfect :-)

But then (?I guess there was an OS X update?) when I start 'virtual here' client all my devices will be disconnected. On my screen I get the info keyboard and mouse disconnected. And I can´t control my mac anymore. After some seconds the screen will go black with the notification "Your computer restarted because of a problem" (kernel panic)

W10 client not working or driver problem?

Forums

Hi,

I cant get VirtualHere to work :(

Situation:
- VirtualHere server for Android.
- Windows 10 client (As a service).

If I run VirtualHere client gui I can see the hub and the attached devices. But windows itself does not see any device. One thing to note is that the client says "(In use by you)" after the devices. It might be something with the driver, since on the Device Manager it appears with exclamation:

"""'
This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)

Multiple controllers on multiple controllers

Forums

I am thinking to create a more complex setup. Some of my questions are specifically related to Virtualhere and some adjacent. Appreciate your thoughts.

I am thinking to set up several Raspberry Pi devices as light gaming devices. In order to get the controllers passed through to my gaming server, I'd need to use virtualhere. I used to do this on my Raspberry before and it worked well. No idea whether it works though with several raspberry devices:

No Hub Connection with USB Audio Adapter

Forums

I am using Android Virtualhere to share two USB devices with a Windows 10 PC. Everything works perfectly fine when I connect and share a USB keyboard and mouse. When I connect and share a USB mouse and audio adapter, the client fails to connect to the hub every time. It shows the 'connecting' message with an orange connection icon and fails to connect repeatedly.

I have tried restarting both client and server, and I reinstalled Virtualhere on the Android device. Is there anything else I can do to get the Virtualhere client to connect to a hub hosting a USB audio adapter?

Trouble connecting client to android server

Forums

Hello,

I purchased VirtualHere for Steam Link (3 device license though I'm thinking of upgrading it) and have been quite impressed. I have been running a the server on my Nvidia Shield to share my bluetooth adapter and it does work when I use the Steam Link app. I also have a physical Steam Link which I want to occasionally use too. There are two use cases where this setup with the Steam Link app does not work for me.

The first is that I would also like to share the bluetooth adapter when I'm using gamestream.

Android Server enable reverse ssl connections

Forums

I have run into some difficulty using "Enable reverse SSL connections" on Windows client with Android server.

I enabled reverse clients, setup port forward and can confirm it is working over the internet. I then enabled SSL and verified it's working on the LAN. Now I'm trying to configure reverse SSL connection over the internet.

The Windows client says it's listening on port 7572. I have forwarded this in firewall. I also specified 7572 on Reverse client menu on Android server. (instead of default 7573).

Any ideas? Did I miss something?

Thanks.

The client often loses the connection.

Forums

Hi,
The client often loses the connection.
I'm using a server on a Raspberry Pi 3. Pings from client to server are not lost.
How can I fix it?

VirtualHere Client and OTG Port

Forums

Hello,

I have the licensed version for Linux and everything works impeccable with windows and android clients but now I have a new goal to solve the situation explained below.

I have a windows pc that does not have internet access and I can not add or edit the existing programs of this pc and the big problem is that I need to connect a dongle that is on my VirtualHere (linux) server.
