Invisible mouse cursom in a virtual machine (hyper-v vm)?

Forums

Im using Virtualhere to send my usb mouse into a hyper-v vm. This makes it possible to have proper mouselook in for example fps games; the regular mouse in hyper-v makes weird movement, but using Virtualhere that an be circumvented. The problem with this though is that the USB mouse cursor gets invisible when using the virtualhere mouse device. I can make windows show me the position by enabling "show me the mouse cursor when I press CTRL", however this is not a permanent viable solution. If only there was a way for make windows show the mouse cursor all the time.

How many clients can I share 1 device to?

Forums

Hi, I am using the Virtual usb server on my main desktop computer and trying to share 1 device (a mouse) to multiple computers. However I can only make that 1 mouse be shared to 1 computer at a time. However I cannot figure out if this is just the trial limitiation of a maximum of "1 device". Technically I am only sharing 1 device, however I am trying to share it 2 pc's.

SDRPlay (RSP2) unable to link over LAN using VH and Raspberry Pi 3+ server / Windows 10 client

Forums

I am able to connect my SDRPlay RSP2 SDR device and have it recognized as a legit Sound/Audio device through a VH connection on my client Windows 10 machine, as it shows up correctly in the Devices.

When I attempt to run any SDR (i.e. SDR Uno) application, it apparently cannot maintain a connection and the application will not work. An error is displayed complaining that it cannot initialize the device.

The link between Windows 10 client and Pi3+ server is a 1 GB ethernet on the same LAN connection in the same room.

VirtualHere Server not starting after Synology Update DSM 6.2-23739 Update 2

Forums

Hey guys,

we were running an RS3614xs+ with a licensed virtual Here Server for about one year now without any issues. Yesterday we had to update the firmware of our synology NAS to "DSM 6.2-23739 Update 2". After the reboot the virtualHere Server wasn't starting anymore.
In the package-center the virtualhere-package is shown as "stopped", when I click start, it's loading a few seconds but then it's still in "stopped"-state.
The Logs in the LogCenter do not provide any information about this.

message vhuit64:16255 Connection Refused

Forums

Hi I am a newbe to Virtualhere and I am trying it to see if I can overcome what appears to be an issue with using SAMBA on Windows 10.

I have installed virtualhere client on my Centos 7 server so I can print to a printer connected to a USB port on a Windows 10 box.

When I issue the following command on my Centos server....

$ sudo ./vhuit64

I get the following error message.

(vhuit64:16255): IBUS-WARNING **: Unable to connect to ibus: Could not connect: Connection refused.

Can you help with this message vhuit64:16255.

xBox Wireless Adapter Audio & No Man’s Sky

Forums

Hi everyone,

I have been having a devil of a time trying to figure out why my audio stutters and even sometimes end up having my xBox One S controller get disconnected from its wireless adapter that is connected to my VirtualHere USB server (Raspberry Pi 3B+). At first I thought it was due to my CPU, but nope I was wrong.

What is weird, is that this problem only occurs when I use my headphones on my controllers and only when playing No Man’s Sky: Next. All other games and apps have no issue, it’s only that one game.

Any thoughts???

Hub shows as device

Forums

I bought a big USB hub for VirtualHere (running on Raspberry Pi 3), but the device list doesn't show anything attached to it individually, just the hub itself. If I plug in directly or use a different hub then everything is OK. Do I need a specific type of hub, can anyone recommend a good 8+ port one?
