Support for VirtualHere hardware and software

VirtualHere on El Capitan 10.11?

Forums

Hi there,

I just bought a brand new Synology NAS Disk Station and happily found a link to your software. It would drastically improve working around the house if I would be able to share a single dongle from my NAS. What a great piece of software!

However, after installing I have no luck getting Cubase to recognize my eLicenser dongle. After searching your forum, I noticed that since more than 2 years, support for El Capitan is only partial and only works with flash disk devices.

Error binding device

Forums

Hi,

I'm new here. I've downloaded the server and client for evaluation. I have the following setup:
- Windows 10 Pro PC
- Mac Mini (late 2014) MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
- iPad Pro 12, 7" with iOS 10.3.3

I would like to make a connection from windows (server) to Mac Mini (client) and connect my iPad to the PC for app deployment via the Mac.

Bluetooth Adapter for Dolphin Streaming

Forums

Hey guys,

I have a Kinivo BT400 USB Bluetooth adapter that I'm looking to use on my HTPC downstairs and stream Dolphin games from my PC upstairs. When I install the BT adapter on the server PC it installs properly, but when I try to connect it through VirtualHere on my Client PC, it connects and immediately disconnects. On the server logs I get:

Logitech C910 webcam

Forums

Hi,

I tried forwarding a Logitech c910 webcam from a Windows 10 VirtualHere server to Windows 7 VirtualHere client.

On the client I see the camera appear under the Device Manager under USB Devices as a "Logitech USB Camera (HD Pro Webcam C910)" with a warning next to it saying "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" (Screenshot)

On the server I see the camera disappear from USB devices and it seems to be replaced by a "VirtualHere USB Server USB Driver".

VirtualHere with Wii U GameCube Adapter

Forums

Hello,
I am using the Nintendo Wii U GameCube Adapter (this one: https://www.amazon.de/Nintendo-GameCube-Controller-Adapter-Smash/dp/B00…) on my (Windows 10) PC. It is basically an adapter developed for the Wii U, so that GameCube controllers can be used on it.
But it features USB connections and is directly compatible with the Dolphin emulator (using the WinUSB driver) and works perfectly fine when I plug it in my PC and start a game with Dolphin.

PC does not show more than 10 com ports

Forums

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have problem that the PC could not detect more than 10 of our USB devices.
Below is our setup:
1) Using Raspberry Pi connect 12 USB devices (Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART Bridge)
2) Raspberry Pi connected to LAN router to PC
3) PC is Windows10, 32bit, running Vhui32.exe
4) At PC, Vhui32 is able to see the 12 USB devices. However at PC Device Manager, only 10 com ports are shown.

The same setup was tested on a PC with Windows7, 32bit and all 12 com ports are displayed in the PC Device Manager.
