Support for VirtualHere hardware and software
Hi!
Just purchased a license to run on a Raspberry Pi 2 to connect USB och vSphere guests. Seems to work awesomely so far! Great work.
I've discovered that if I try and view my remote USB WebCams on El Capitan using Photobooth, My Mac hard resets like the power has just been removed and reconnected. Very nasty.
Is this a known issue? What is the difference with El Capitan from a developer perspective that makes supporting it an unknown? Your previous responses indicate there are no currently known ways of making it work.
Thanks
In which folder and where vhui64.exe configuration is?
Have the latest version of VH installed on PC, trying to get wireless headset microphone to work. It shows up on the VH Hub however when I select it to Use the device, I get the following error message and this is what the system message says
Hi,
I wanted to ask - I am trying your demo and I am running an VirtualHere server on 10.11 and when I connect from another computer (also 10.11) it connects but in iLok licence manager it says 0 licences (although I see them but I cant use them - is there a solution for this?
Thanks
Tom
Hello, I'm planning to purchase the license to be able to use a bluetooth dongle (For ps3 controllers) + microsoft wireless adapter for the xbox one from my living room using the Steam Link
I heard the team link is not powerful enough to drive VirtualHere, since some devices can take a lot of CPU power.
So, my question is:
Is the license bound to the server or the client?
Hello!
I am using VirtualHere version 3.5.0 for Windows.
When I start vhui, I can see my card reader and I can click on 'Use' and then in 'Devise Manager' I can see smart car Gemalto and smart card reader. The issue is that when I am starting application which requires this card and try to login, I get error information that there is no card.
What can I do?
Thank you in advance,
Joanna.
I have tested the VH client on Win 10 pro 64 with Steam Link, everything connected with a PowerLine
It worked perfectly with one XBOX 360 controller connected to the SL, even "disabling input streaming" in SL options.
With many older games I have problems to get them work with XBOX 360 controllers and SL, so I have decided to buy the VH license.
I've followed the steps in the Support page and it worked perfectly once, even with 2 XBOX 360 controllers connected to SL.
Having a few issues and I must say Michael has been very helpful and I am very impressed with his response time. I do not want to continue to bother him if someone else might have been through this already and troubleshot it.
I downloaded the VirtualHere for 64 windows10
I ran it as a administrator and allowed it to install with banjour
It saw my steamlink, I right clicked the usb hub and then license. I clicked enter license and pasted my license there and clicked ok.
Hi
I have purchase VirtualHere to remotely control my 3D printer over USB and view a webcam feed monitoring it. I have a Raspberry PI setup in the loft running the server daemon and my PC downstairs running the client.
I can see the two devices in the client, and I can connect to them just fine. All the drivers are installed and Device Manager shows the devices as fully installed and operational. I can connect to the camera and view the video feed fine (this is an Xbox 360 camera).
