Support for VirtualHere hardware and software
So I have to Quest 2 and plan on getting the Quest 3.
Does this mean i have to buy it twice? What if i have to factory reset my device
or have to ship it back in case its becoming faulty?
Is there any way i can pay for lifetime on android devices?

Virtual Here client 5.5.4 on MacOS encounters errors and stops responding after using multiple devices in succession
Virtual Here on Macos tends to get into an unrecoverable state after connecting to multiple devices in succession. First several connection connect and disconnect successfuly, but eventually VH throws a similar sequence of errors, followed by more connections failing due to insufficient virtual devices.
Hi! I see you dropped support for older macOS versions for the client which I understand, though our company is still stuck with lots of Mojave machines. Do you possibly still have client 5.5.1 around somewhere as that seem to be the last supporting Mojave. Our company is in the process of replacing our old virtualhere servers where we use client version 5.0.3. I suspect that this one is not the best one to use with newer server versions?
Recently purchased VirtualHere on steam to use over steam link but it seems every time my computer connects to the link with VirtualHere enabled on both devices, i get a reproducable crash on the steam link itself, freezing it. is there anything i can do to fix this or is the steam link just too old to use now?

I have been using VH for about 8 months and it works really well. However, I do occasionally run into some issues. This setup has been working for months but something has changed and it could be moving from the MS Store version to the direct download. Anyway, my setup:
VMware Player 17 running Windows 11, VH client latest 5.5.4 (guest: 16GB Ram, 8 cores)
VH Server (from website, not MS Store), latest version 4.5.9
I have a dedicated ethernet connection on host only so it's just running the USBoE traffic.
Host server is on a Raspberry Zero W, it is connected to a device that uses a Rasberry Pico. This device is supossed to be interface via USB cable connection with a software. This setup is working flawlessly on a windows laptop client, however i need it to work on my linux workstation.
On launching vhuit64 , console shows:
"Error 2 modprobing vhci, No such file or directory"
Gui shows a connection to the Raspberry Pico board i'm connected to but i cant acces it from the software that should run it with a cabled connection.
I feel like this would be a common support question, but I couldn't find anything that matched what I was trying to say. Perhaps I just wasn't using the correct wording.
I understand that USB is designed as a single-connection protocol. I understand that VirtualHere allows users to connect to and disconnect from any desired device in the API.

Tested the trial version connecting a USB Biometric reader to a Win11 Virtual Machine.
All worked as expected.
We purchased a license and installed the license.
Now we can not connect the device with an error "There was an error using this device"
The server logs show a BIND_ERROR.

I have a shell script that works using Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) which does the following:
I now have a requirement to convert this to a powershell script where by it does the same thing and returns either success (we have the device) or fail (we don't have the device).
