Hi!

I am considering to buy a licence for use between my Mac on Parsec and Windows for CAD. Though I have not been able to connect between the Mac and PC over different networks. Is there some solution to this issue or is it just not a possibility?
From my understanding this should be possible through cloud?

Edit: I got this working I think. Though I just get an error when connecting a SpaceMouse. Any ideas? (There was an error using this device).

Before I purchase, I just wanted to be clear about a few things since I read that the license cannot be transferred to another computer.

Will the License get disabled if :

1. I add another larger SSD to the Desktop ?
2. I transfer my OS to the new larger SSD ?
3. I change my network card (currently from 100MB LAN to GIGABIT LAN)?
4. I upgrade my CPU / RAM ?

Or will the license stay intact as long as I don't change/reinstall my OS but keep upgrading my desktop?

I am asking this for Linux Server.

when i connect a usb device through virtualhere, sometime syslog show that:

reset full-speed USB device number 111 using ehci-pci

device descriptor read/all, error 2

and then i could not connect any device any more, i need to restart virtualhere service.

So i add flowing setting in config.ini:

onReset=

I don't know if it this's gonna work.

When using bluetooth dongle over wifi connection (a very fast wifi 6 connection), I'm getting between 1/6 to 1/4 the perforamce in compare to ethernet connection.

Needless to say the the wifi link is very good and stable, tested with iperf3 and shows the same results of speed and latency as for the ethernet connection.

I belivieve that it somewhat related to the combiantion of packet size (around 170 bytes) and the vast amount of packets on queue.

Any help is much appriciated.

I am trying to connect an RTL-SDR stick to a remote windows 10 system (from a Mac) using VirtualHere. I am able to share other USB devices from the Mac to Windows, and I can select the RTL stick on windows in the VirtualHere interface. However, I cannot seem to see the stick in SDR# This may be a driver problem, but I tried running Zadig and still no success. Any help would be much appreciated.

My current setup:

MacOS Sonoma (Server 4.6.1, Free version) through Tailscale (university wifi, cant port forward and reverse client doesn't work)

Windows 10 (Client 5.5.7) also through Tailscale

I have just begun my journey in search of a solution for this problem. Apparently, I am not alone. The specifics of my issue are that, after configuring the VirtualHere client to automatically use all of the devices it found, my cordless mouse stopped working I plugged in a corded mouse, and the same thing happened. Now I can't get either mouse to work. I'm not even getting a mouse pointer.

I have a Linux laptop connected to a virtualhere server on a Zimmaboard running the Goldmont server version. It runs as a service using init.d and loads and unloads perfectly fine. On initial loading of the system, everything seems to be running fine. The server is connected through ethernet and the laptop is also connected through ethernet. The server is connected to a Beringher X16 audio mixer device.

I have trouble with frozen some Moza devices with VH.
I get random frozen signal from pedals / shifter (not up or down gear).

All devices perfectly work via general usb 3.0 cable 3m pc <> usbhub.
