My devices are listed but not recognised/not usable in Windows.

Server side: MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 (M1 Pro chip) - USB Server Universal 4.5.6

Client side: Windows 10 Home 10.0.19045 Build 19045 - USB Client 5.4.7

 Things I've tried:

First of all, it is not entirely clear which client I should install on my Raspberry Pi 400 (4B), under PiOS Bullseye.  Using the Linux ARM64 GUI client (vuitarm64): in Downloads folder, executed chmod +x, ran 'sudo ./vhuitarm64, produces error: (vhuitarm64:1560): Gtx-CRITICAL **: 22:12:20: gtk_box_gadget_distribute: assertion 'size >= 0' failed in GtkScrollbar.  This is repeated several times.  GUI is not appropriately sized.

The client is unable to autodetect the server of VirtualHere.

The System Messages log an entry with: ERROR :Failed to find DnsServiceRegister in dnsapi.dll, Auto-Find wont work

Can you help me?

Dear support,

I just upgraded from W10 to W11 22H2 and my remotely connected smartcard reader is not recognized anymore by windows security component when I try to use a certificate stored on the smartcard.

The reader by itself is correctly connected, I have a specific application (Trusted Key Manager) to reset my PIN that works fine, but I can't use the certificate from any certificate management tool or web browser.

I updated my client to the latest version, the server run on Synology NAS.

I'm running a Synology NAS with DSM 7.1.1, with VirtualHere installed through its Package Center (with a license purchased for it) but I noticed that my iLok was having tons of problems when connected through the NAS, that it doesn't have when connected to my other computer with a VirtualHere server license. Checking the versions, my regular computer's running server version 4.5.6, but DSM's Package Center's version is the rather old 4.3.2... would it be possible to get 4.5.6 pushed out for DSM users?

I am trying to share my Logitech USB headset between two Windows machines but when I make teams calls, the audio is mostly non existent or very bad. Is this a valid use case for Virtual here. Is there any workaround to this issue ?

After downloading the Linux client x64 (GUI), I have a file called "vhuit64" and it does not have a file extension after the name.

How do I run and launch this file, or install it so it has a desktop icon in application launcher on Ubuntu 22.04?

Hi Team 

I want to know how to hide the " Unignore " feature because I have working devices that ignore them, but clients can return them through the " Unignore " feature from " Device Properties ".

I've tried to hide it through the vhui.ini file via HideMenuItems but to no avail.
