CodemeterCM Failure to connect

Forums

Hello,

I have been testing the client agent with a USB CodemeterCM USB from wibu systems connected to the service

Fists, we list the USB connected to the server :
vhui64.exe -t LIST

-> CodeMeter-Stick M (MSI.5)

Then we select the device

vhui64.exe -t "USE,MSI.5"

and we always get FAILED after 5 seconds or less

we tried with the licenses server and without the license and we get the same error any suggestions?

thanks

Shield TV unable to access controller

Forums

Hello,

I had a search and read the FAQs but kept finding the opposite problem to this!

I have installed virtual here server on my NVidia Shield TV to share a USB device (not my xbox controller connected via a usb 8 bit do adapter). However the xbox controller no longer controls the shield even though there are no clients using it. How can I stop virtualhere taking over control of the 8bitdo adapter and therefore release the controller back to the system? I couldn't see anything in the options.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks :)

Omega2+ with VH?

Forums

Hello,
I am looking for a small Linux-based computer, capable of running VH. I only need to transfer one USB device over wifi for my Project.
(In my case, an Arduino Pro Micro with an IR Camera attached. Sending x, y coordinates, like a mouse)

With the Pi Zero W2 it works flawlessly with VH, already testest it.

I came across the Onion Omega2+ (very small device) and wondered if there is a more powerful system with a similar small footprint.
After all, the Onion is a few years older than the pi zero w and is based on a 580MHz MIPS CPU.

Embedded Client

Forums

Hi there,

I see on the chart describing the various implementations of VH, there is an option for an embedded client. Does that also run on Rasp Pi? Is there a compiled install for such thing ? I would love to run the server on one Pi and the client on another, so the hardware would be set up once and not require PC software on the client side. Is this possible ? Looking to have the Rasp Pi client usb ports be an extension of the Rasp Pic server usb port plugged into a PC.

Thank you!

Raspberry Pi 4 latency

Forums

I have been trying to connect a raspberry pi to my Laser Engraver ( Neje 3 Max ... not sure this matters but sharing ) I have set up virtualhere USB on raspbian OS 32 bit, I can connect to it with out any issues. When I open up my laser software ( LightBurn ) I can connect to my laser move it all I want, but when I try and do an engraving, it will start, go for about 3 min and then just die. Laser stops, I have been watching the latency spike when trouble shooting, but it seems to be local to the Raspberry Pi, at first I though it was my SD card, replaced it with a HIGH SPEED SD card.
