GL-AR300M16 - CloudHub and the google wifi

Forums

I have a microserver recognition problem.
the Google Home application that manages Google Wifi  access points, (https://store.google.com/it/product/google_wifi_2nd_gen?hl=it) has the option to open ports and do NAT, but the device is not detected (the bonjour is unrecognized - also put UseAVAHI 1 in config.ini) and there is no possibility to manually enter the IP address .
Thanks for your help

VirtualHere as service on Shadow.tech VR Mode (SteamVR)

Forums

Hello,

has anyone expierence if Virtualhere (run as a service) works with a Shadow PC in VR Mode? I tried it with the free version in the autostart folder, but that only works in Shadow 2D mode. If I access Shadow through the quest2 VR app for SteamVR the Virtualhere exe seems not to run.

Thanks

Trial version, get Error 433: A device which does not exist was specified

Forums

Hi,

I just installed the trial build for 32 bit Raspberry pi.  I have an ESP32 connected to one of the PI's USB ports.  It has a program that communicates to a terminal window connected to it's USB port.

The install using that curl... command went OK.
When I run the client on my windows 10 it shows the device.  ( A syilabs CP2102x which is the port on the ESP32 )

I can connect to it using vhui42.exe and it looks like it works.
In windows device manager it pops up as COM5.  All looks good so far.

Steamlink without streaming?

Forums

Good evening, I'm curious if the Steam version of VirtualHere can be run from the SteamLink without streaming to the remote PC?
I assume I would need to run the app manually on the SteamLink if able.
The SteamVR app in the Oculus 2 will not run while the SteamLink is connected.

Alternatively, I assume I can purchase a standard version of VirtualHere and run it from a Pi and achieve the same goal?

Thanks in advance.

Some newer Android devices cannot be taken into use via vhclient

Forums

We are using the latest generic Linux vhclient and vhserver versions, all running on Ubuntu 20.04 PCs. We have several Android phones connected to the vhserver PC to be shared between our development team. While majority of Android devices (several Samsung and other manufacturer's devices) can be connected properly from the server to the clients, some models (Samsung S21+ and  Samsung XCover6 Pro, for example) with Android 12 cannot be taken into use.

Reset trial period for Nvidia Shield testing

Forums

I am trying to test sharing my Xbox controller from my host PC to my NVidia Shield Pro 2019.  On my host PC I have installed The Windows Client Software but I am getting "This server trial has expired, please purchase a license to continue".

Maybe I installed it previously and that is why it is expired?  I would like to reset the trial period to verify I can get everything working prior to purchasing.  Is that possible?
