`adb devices` produce no output for Android devices attached to Synology

Forums

Intro

I am running VirtualHere Server on Synology DS1522+
My goal is to connect all my old Android devices to USB hub to DS1522+ and be able to remote debug it (local wifi network)

All devices which I attached are visible in VirtualHere Client on macOS. But `adb devices` command on the client shows nothing

VirtualHere client 5.3.9 icon missing from system menu bar on macOS 12.6

Forums

I noticed sometime after upgrading my macOS to 12.6 and my VirtualHere client to 5.3.9 on my 2021 M1 MacBook Pro that I can no longer see the VirtualHere client icon in the Mac system menu bar, so I can't un-minimize the client GUI after I click the red "x" button in the client GUI (and the yellow "-" icon in the client GUI, which I understand some macOS apps use for minimizing, is also not clickable). Do you have any ideas for why that might be happening?

Recommended SD Memory Card Capacity for Pi3+

Forums

Is there a rough SD memory size you would recommend for the current "cloudhub-pi3-factory-sdcard" and "cloudhub-pi4-factory-sdcard" image?

I tried reading a working 32 GB SD in W7, but it reports what appears to be bogus info (FAT, 16 MB used, 4 MB free, 20 MB total) as I suspect he file system is not FAT.

Thanks

Latency spikes when sending live remote data to client through virtual here

Forums

Hello,

I needed a way to connect to a USB over a long distance remotely. Virtual here seems like a great way to do just that.

I have tried many different ways of connecting the virtual here server and client, but they all seem to cause latency spikes. This is a problem because I am trying to view live ECG data that is being transmitted to the USB. The lag spikes mess up the data and make it unviewable.

Xbox One Wireless Adapter for Windows - Unknown USB Device (Invalid Configuration Descriptor)

Forums

Server:
- Sony Bravia X950G
- Android TV

Client:
- Windows 11 desktop

---

When using VirtualHere, the dongle does not work (it was working some months ago though).
The dongle works when connected directly to the PC (I tried, just in case the dongle was the issue).

The VH Client recognizes the device ("XBOX ACC (In use by you)") but it's not possible to get it working after as the device is not recognized " Unknown USB Device (Invalid Configuration Descriptor).

SSL logging (server side)

Forums

Hello,
We are using several SSL-enabled VH servers (linux-backed) with client-certificates. Everything is okay.
Due to some new regulation around here, we need to enhance connections logging. The current logging (client IP address) is not enough.
Would it be possible, when the connection is made with a client-certificate, to log the certificate full subject (C/ST/L/O/OU /CN ) ?
Thanks,
Pp
