I have bought a Logotech Brio Ultra HD cam and onmy normaL pc it works great but with Virtualhere it is detected but NO image at all.

Any idea?

I've Raspberry Pi with VirtualHere Server. With my Windows Client VirtualHere the mic is work fine but with macOS this doesn't work at 100%, mic is recognized but mic don't heard nothing.

Do you have any idea how what do you i resolve this ?

I'm having an issue with a raspberry pi with Virtualhere and a webcam, with a Mac client.  In short, when I select the camera, I only get a black screen.

I try to add a password on my VirtualHere Server 4.5.0
I have a licence. I followed this page : https://www.virtualhere.com/authorization

Windows client V5.4.2 NOT running as a Service.

So I stop virtualhere service and in the /root/config.ini I added this line :

Is there any way to supress these messages? I have one SHIELD Portable 2 proto that loses the license everytime it reboots. The OS image is less than fully stable and some things do not work flawlesly. So I'm getting a constant nagging message about it's license being invalid.

I do use it a bit with VH, but not all the time, but I have to go all over the house to add the license again, it's quite annoying.

I need help with my Razer Naga Pro mouse (original model RZ01-03420100)

I am running VirtualHere server on a new NVIDIA SHIELD. I also purchased VirtualHere for Steam Link, though I am only using the Steam Link app (not the hardware). My desktop PC is a recent custom build running Windows 11 Home.

The Steam Link app on my SHIELD shows a settings tab for VirtualHere as expected - in here it detects two devices and lists them as:

Hello, I'm using 2 Windows PCs and I'm trying to connect a PS5 controller via bluetooth.

When I click Use This Device on "Bluetooth Radio" on the client, the Bluetooth on the server PC immediately disconnects my controller and BT is turned off entirely on the server. The client doesn't seem to show any errors or anything, it says its "In Use By You" as usual

I got a virtualHere setup between my nvidia Shield (server) and PC (client), and it works perfectly : I can play games on my pc with the xbox controller dongle plugged on my Shield.

BUT when I want to add my wireless keyboard : I plug the dongle on the shield and I can't see it on my virtualHere client, the keyboard controls my shield instead of controlling my PC.

We are using virtual here for sometime and we were not having issue sofar.

I have two people using the Hub from outside network and both are using the internet connection from the same service provider. 

One of the Engineer is able to access without any problem. Other person is unable to access hub outside network. Only difference I could find is one has connnection for residential use and other one is having corporate connection. We tried to work with internet service provider to address this issue  with has not resulted in success.
