Support for VirtualHere hardware and software
I read that catalina is no longer supported, will future versions of Mac OS be supported? have you decided to cease support for this operating system?
I assume the error ERROR :Could not install driver for class goxlr_audio_sc means there is no specific support for this kind of audio device?
I guess it's weird that I've used Virtualhere for years and never come across this kind of device specific error before when using windows server & client
If I purchase a license, my plan is to run it on a Raspberry Pi 4 next to my telescope. I know the license is "server" based. Does that mean that if my PI breaks and I get a new one, or when the next version of PI comes out and I upgrade, that my Virtual Here clint is no longer valid?
Thanks,
Larry

Hi, i have a heavily modded tpcast and want to power the HMD on/off based on if someone connects/disconnects.

the VH server doesn'T have an event for connects or disconnects sadly though.
would it be possible to integrate that stuff into the event system so i can simply throw a script or two there?
or at least update the docs if it is already in there

kind regards
Im running the virtualhere server on my Synology, that works fine. Installed the client on my mac (macOS 10.14.x) and when I tried to use my look, it asked me to install the macOS drivers, which I tried, it failed because of the gatekeeper feature, I then went to system preferences and allowed it, but the installation had already failed. No matter what I do, I cant get it to try re-install the macOS driver. If I select use on the iLok in virtualhere, it works and says its being used my me, but I cant open any programs that need it, telling me its not actually working. What can I try?
I am using Android Server on Android TV (NVIDIA Shield TV, 2017 edition).
It works well to pass-through a Dolphin bar to Windows.
Unfortunately, it asks me to do so upon every restart, which is quite annoying (everytime the pop-up comes up although I tick the box to always do).
Any thoughts?
Hi,
I installed the USB server on my windows 10 computer to share some HASP keys, however i also need to be able to use the HASP keys on the server itself.
The HASP keys are now seem to be being rejected on the windows 10 computer.
This is from the HASP key provider:
"It's possible the SafeNet USB hardware key security protections has detected a hardware key emulator (or something it thinks could be a hardware key emulator) on this machine. "
Could this be the case?
1. Installed FTDI driver 2.4.2
2. Disable csrutil
2.1 Deactivated AppleUSBFTDI driver
2.2 Installed VH Driver (tryied with and without csrutil active)
3. Activate csrutil -> VH FTDI device not listed
4. Deactivate csrutil -> VH FTDI device works fine
Hi there, this is my first post and I stumbled upon this website in search for USB Keyboard over network solution. Apologize if this has been asked before and please direct me to forum where this was discussed as I couldn’t find it. Here is the scenario:
Hi,
We have a server that is running in our cloud environment with VirutalHere installed. The clouds IP address scheme is 192.168.2.xxx. We have a VPN set up between the firewall in the cloud and a firewall on site. The on sites IP scheme is 192.168.0.xxx. We should have all traffic going over the VPN.
We have a Raspberry Pi 3 running the software and connecting to a Brother HL-3180CDW. We are running Virtualhere as a service and we have a license for the raspberry PI.
