I've installed the USB Server and provided my IP:port to a Client installation on another PC (different network) which can't locate my server.
Running both Server and Client on the same PC finds the server without issue.

I was running Cloudhub with licence on my pi0, then my SD card failed. I was looking on the site to
download the install package, but I can't find it for pi0, only for 3 and 4.

I would like to get VirtualHere to open a trouble ticket on this issue. We have a situation where many of our users need to connect to a Raspberry Pi dongle server using VirtualHere. While this connection is usually successful, it often results in the immediate loss of USB connectivity on the HP machines our users are running. They are running Windows 10, mostly LTSC or LTSB. They can uninstall VirtualHere and USB connectivity returns to normal. HP is willing to run with this ball to help us out, but they need to have a trouble ticket generated by you in order to proceed.

I already installed virtualhere server and client, I am in different networks, I already have my exceptions in firewall and router, I have already reached the service from the client, I see the server devices, but when I click on the option "use divice", It does not connect, it does not mark any error, this does it with any device, do I require any additional configuration? This did not do it in previous versions.

just wanted to give you some feedback of what works and what does not work in my setup - and maybe get some help to solve it...
VH (registered version) is running on a RPi 3, dongles/USB-sticks are attached via an USB-Hub. I am running Windows10Pro and Mac OS X 10.14.6 "Mojave"

Generally speaking: on my Mac, I CANNOT see nor directly access any USB drives attached to VH via Finder. On Windows, I do see them and can access them freely via Explorer. Still, there are inconsistencies between operating systems regarding licenses residing on normal USB-sticks.

Hello, here is a little background:
I have a camera which I'm trying to use with virtualhere, the device itself work perfectly when I'm not using virtualhere, but when I'm selecting this device with virtualhere, the new added device is set as Unkown USB Device (Invalid Device Descriptor) under the universal serial bus controllers menu.

I might be confused about how the licencing worked but I thought it was free for 1 device. Currently, I am forwarding 1 port from my raspberry pi 4 to my windows 10 machine and the virtual client on my windows 10 machine sees the port and when I right-click to use the device is getting an error stating the trial has expired.

The device in question is a 3D printer that is hooked up to the Pi.

I have plugged 2 usb devices (forusrite 2i2 - which i intend to use and standard tplink wifi dongle) on my synology nas.
Server is running (app redirects to /webman/3rdparty/VirtualHere/index.html indicating all is working fine
I do not see any devices on my windows client (auto detect is on)

both devices are wired connected to R7000 router.

thinking what could go wrong:
-anything needs to be configured wrt network ports?
-does de server need drivers for the device or the client? (currently only on client side)

other suggestions?

I've installed a VirtualHere server on NAS QNAP and I connect a Logitech C270 Webcam on it.
Using a Win10 client I connect using the VirtualHere client the Wevcam to Skype or Teams.
In this configuration I see the high resolution video but the microphone does not work.
Suggestions?

I am using game controllers on my MacBook Pro (running 10.14.6), and I play on a remote Windows server in the cloud, using a registered VirtualHere server to forward my gaming controller inputs to the server. It has been working quite successfully so far with a Steam Controller.

Recently I have purchased a Thrustmaster pack with a joystick and throttle. It does work quite well, but after playing a while I am suddenly loosing control.
Looking at the server logs, here what I can see:
