EasyFind "Segmentation Error 11" on GL-iNet Spritz

Forums

Hi Michael,

I have been attempting to configure the Spritz router as a 4G server, as we discussed via email earlier today. I am however running into an error:

VirtualHere 3.8.6 caught signal 11 (Segmentation fault) and must exit. Sorry for the inconvenience, please contact mail@virtualhere for help

Frequent connection losses

Forums

Hi there,

we are using VirtualHere for Windows, the server runs on Windows 2016 Hyper-V (configured to run as a service), the client runs on one of the guests that is configured as a RDS server.
The server publishes two USB license dongles. One works just fine, one seems to make problems. The user can start the corresponding program, but after approx. 2 mins he receives a message that the license server (that uses the dongle) cannot send further license confirmations, and the user has to close his session.

Brother VC-500W + Raspberry Pi 3+ + W2012R2 == USB Disconnect

Forums

Hi,

I'm trying to get Brother VC-500W label printer conneted to my Windows 2012 R2 server via Raspberry Pi 3+ and VirtualHere. I'm currently using the generic build with evaluation license.

VirtualHere server is installed on the Rasperry and client on the Windows 2012 R2. Client sees the printer just fine but when I click "Use this device", it briefly shows up as in use (and in the system devices) and then returns to previous state.

Server logs:

Android Server - "directory not found"

Forums

Hey there,

Just need some advice here. I haven't purchased a license yet, but I plan on doing so if I can get this all working properly.
I'm running an android server with a windows 10 client, and I'm trying to get SSL functionality working. However whenever I open up that menu in the android app, I get a toast saying:

"/data/user/0/com.virtualhere.androidserver/files/config.ini (No such file or directory)".

Is there a way to block Android host from using the usb device?

Forums

Hi,

I have a USB sound card shared by server on my Android TV. It's been working fine on my Windows client without big issues.

Recently I upgraded my TV to a newer version of firmware (Android 8). I noticed that Android 8 can actually use external USB sound card and direct audio output to it.
VirtualHere server is authorized to automatically use the device. When it is shared, the host seems to hold on to it. There is nothing coming out of the TV's built-in audio output. Even after it was unplugged, there was still no sound.

Failed to close captured device completion

Hi There,
I'm having trouble getting a Sentinel USB device to pass through to my server. It appears like the device connects and reports as in-use, then immediately fails.

Do multiple bluetooth adapters (of different stacks) enabled at once work? (Like a BT range extender/mesh)

Forums

Title.

Obviously two adapters of the same stack don't seem to be working (aka multiple Generic Bluetooth Radios/Adapters won't work), but I can't find any information online that confirms that different bluetooth stacks may work.

Not working issue report: raspberryPi3b+TinyCoreLinux+VirtualHere Paid Version

Forums

Hi,
Thank you guys so much for making such great software, I really like virtualhere, it resolved my ESXi passthrough problem without pain.
After I have it confirmed work on my RP3b with latest official Raspbian image, I just bough a license so I have unlimited devices and high performance.

Then I decide to make my VirtualHere Pi super reliable with TinyCoreLinux, which is a famous RAM OS, but unfortunately it doesn't work. I post the issue here expecting someone could help.
