KVM/IP: multi-target via multi-dongle using only one host possible?

Forums

Hi,

For the KVM/IP system, we buy your hub and those dongles and plug them into a host that is running virtualhere server to control a target (not the host). That's all working fine.

Now, if we wanted to control one more target from the same host, could we just buy one more hub+dongle set and attach it to the host?

Or is virtualhere server/client programmed to only recognize one set of dongles per host?

Is the license for CloudHub and Linux USB Server interchangeable on the same Raspberry PI

Forums

If I purchase a license for a Raspberry PI using the Linux USB Server, can I later install the CloudHub image on the same Raspberry PI and use the same license? Or are these two separate products with separate licenses?

iLok Dongles randomly disconnect

Forums

Hello,
I have a setup with multiple iLoks connected to a hub on a Raspberry Pi server.
It was working fine but a few months ago it started acting weird...
The iLoks randomly disconnect from the client, sometimes when releasing one iLok all the others disconnect from the same user or other users, and sometimes without doing anything they disappear.

At first I thought the Raspberry was the culprit, but after upgrading my setup to a brand new Raspi 5 the problem is still there...

Do you have any feedback on such issues?

Any Support for Restart USB Server programatically

Forums

Hello Michael,

We use the premium version of the USB Hub and it works awesome for running our tests.

however sometimes our tests hang where we are unable to mount the USBs and we need to restart the USB server to getting it running again.

Could you let us know if any API exposed or Tools that could just restart the server Virtual here Server.

Our Virtual here Server is hosted on a Mac Mini
