I have a performance issue and after tryng everything mentioned in Forum and FAQs does not help.

Installation and also Connection was very fine.  I connected my Lasercutter and that works without problems :)

Thrustmaseter T150 Pro

Forums

Hello.

I've tried to use your software in multiple different scenarios.

  1. Android server (Nvidia Shield TV)
  2. Linux server(Synology)

Also for these servers, I've tried to use 2 different clients, both on Windows 11.

T150 was tested in 2 different modes, PS3 and PS4.

In all situations and all servers on PS3 mode, I'm getting the device name "Thrustmaster FFB Wheel (USB)" which can't start with error code 10.

Buy KVM/IP as a company account

Forums

Hi Michael,

We are interested in buying your USB hub that you created for KVM/IP to replace our current hubs from Amazon.

I've noticed that the checkout page does not contain the option to buy as a company (i.e. enter company name, address, business ID and VAT ID). I can only fill in my personal details.

Can we buy as a company? Ideally without VAT, since we have a VAT ID.

Thank you,

Marko

Reset USB device

Forums

Hello. I'm trying to use my Raspberry Pi 4 as a usb hub for my racing simulator setup and i'm having some troubles.

When I connect more than one device to Raspberry Pi, I keep having steering wheel freezing for a second and error messages in dmesg:

KVM/IP abysmal performance prior to client version 5.7.5 when mouse is using a high polling rate

Forums

Hi,

I understand that VirtualHere KVM/IP is a brand new product and I do support the idea and further development of the system.
I don't regret my purchase at all.

That being said, I did have a rather disappointing experience with it so I wanted to double-check if I'm doing something wrong here.

Wired keyboard and mouse are not recognized on Android VirtualHere server.

Forums

When I connect a wired keyboard and a wired mouse to my Android device through a hub or USB adapter, they are only recognized by the Android OS and not by the Android VirtualHere server app. The permission request popup that usually appears when a USB device is connected also doesn't show up.

As an alternative, I'm currently using a Bluetooth dongle with a wireless keyboard and mouse.

How can I get the Android VirtualHere server to recognize the wired keyboard and mouse?

High polling rate USB device causes issue and information loss

Forums

Sorry for the vague title, I'll try to summarize as best I can.

TL;DR: my sim racing wheel (polling at 1000Hz) coupled with a racing game sending data at any rate over 133Hz, causes problems (game lockup - potentially game specific - and missing data - non game-specific). This occurs with both wired connection (5Gbps) and wireless (~500Mbps). I believe that I've ruled out all possibilities save for it being an incompatiblity or bug with VirtualHere.

Virtualhere over internet

Forums

Hello

I want to have a try for virtualhere, but don't know if it's possible for my set up.

I have my gaming server on a remote place, and it is accessible from internet. (e.g. using sunshine streaming)

Then I have couple devices in my home, e.g. laptops. Addtionally I have xbox controllers, wheels, etc. I would like to utilize the remote gaming server to stream using my laptops and also use these accessories. However, the network in my home is behind some NAT controlled by my ISP, so it's not possible to access from internet directly.
