I've set up a VirtualHere-Server on a Raspi. The Windows-Client will find the devices. It's all o.k.
Now I try to start the vhclientx86_64 in a Debian-Jessie-LXC-Container on a QNAP TS-453.
How can I do this?
Where must the client be located?
What is the command to start the client? (./vhclientx86_64 -> "No such file or directory)
I'm just running out of knowledge.
I have Linux Mint 17.3 cinnamon and the Config.ini file is empty except for IT-(bunch of numbers). Why is this? I just have the trial version and want adjust the pinging becuase we have been having random disconnects.
Thanks
Hi
I would like to use my flat bed scanner CanoScan LiDE 210 connected to my Synology with my MacBook (OSX El Cap.) but it didn't work.
I can select the scanner in the VirtualHere application (use the device), the device is connected and if I try to start the scan-process I got the message that the device is disconnected.
Hello,
I have a problem using Virtualhere on my Linux Mint Rosa client. (all Windows Clients work fine and share USB Device)
The server ist found and connected, but when I click on the USB to share (it says in use by you) nothing happens. The stick is not mounted, and not found anywhere in the system using df -h.
Who can help me with this issue?
best regards
marcel.
For a wonderful product.
I had purchased a Hawking HMPS2U and your software and my Raspberry pi do a much nicer job. The one thing the Hawking did not do was to allow re-connecting. Or, if it did, I wasn't sure how to configure it for that.
hello i dont manage to share the usb mouse and keyboard of my pi2 (server) from a linux client station on the LAN:
server side I did
sudo ./vhusbdarmpi2 -b
and client side in one terminal
sudo ./vhclientx86_64
then in another terminal
./vhclientx86_64 -t "USE,raspberrypi.114"
more /var/log/syslog | grep vh client side says :
