服务端安装在QNAP里，是有公网IP地址的，如果服务端默认为7575端口情况下，远程客户端通过1.2.3.4:7575 是可以连接到对应的USB设备。

如果服务端端口改成57575，远程客户端通过1.2.3.4:57575连接，能看到USB设备，但是连接USB设备情况下，就提示没有授权了，这种情况要怎么处理呢？

如果默认7575端口，服务端是否可以设置客户端指定秘钥连接呢？

I just wanted to make sure this is a limitation of the server and not something on my end.

I use the VirtualHere Android server on my Hisense U7G TV. I connect my Playstation controller directly to the TV and run the VirtualHere Client on my PC. I stream my games using Sunshine and Moonlight.

This works flawlessly for me except for rumble and PS4/PS5 features including gyro and the controller touchpad. Should any of these things work for me with some configuration I need to apply? Or is there nothing I can do to make that work with my setup?

So I am running Virtualhere Cloudhub successfully on a Raspberry PI 4 for a couple of weeks and all of of a sudden, it is not found anymore by the client on my Mac. I can still ping it succesfully,  so it is on the network. I tried to ssh into it with no user and no password, but I'm getting rejected. Also power cycled the Pi and the Mac with the client.

I already had the same issue a couple of months ago and solved it by reflashing the firmware on the SD card, but would like to avoid it this time. What can I do ?

Hi i'm using virtualhere server on windows pc (no firewall) with 4 different dongle:

1.KEYLOK HID, HASP HL 3.25, KEYLOK II and another one. Every thing works well on lan and on VPN exept for Keyloc HID mode dongle that dont work.

Latency is 70ms on vpn, but the application that use keylock HID won't start on vpn. The same application use keylock II dongle work perfect on vpn, but when i use the other one no.

I've optimized everything on vpn connetion, use split configuration,udp buffer etc. 

Would it be possible to have two machines simultaneously connected to a single device? Specifically, each sharing a single USB port (MIDI controllers).

I currently have 3 Android devices. All the same manufacturer and same model. X96Q boxes. I bought a license for one of them last week. It has worked great. Today I bought a license for another X96Q Android box but only 1 licensed server shows up on my Client in my PC. Why aren't they both showing up?

How many USB Dongle Devices could i offer over a Windows Server and VirtualHere? 20? 40? The Client just connect to 1 or 2 Devices.

I have a licensed VirtualHere USB server running on a Raspberry Pi at home. At work, I connect to my home network via Tailscale and use a USB device plugged into the Pi remotely. This setup worked flawlessly for about 4–5 months, but recently the USB device has started dropping out frequently, to the point where it is now unusable.

Let me say upfront that I believe this is likely an issue on my side; VirtualHere itself does not seem to be the problem.

I'm trying to share a USB mass storage device from a Synology DS920+ to a MacBook Pro M2 Max running macOS Tahoe 26.4 (build 25E246).

Versions:
- VirtualHere Server: 4.6.6-1466 (Synology DSM 7 package)
- VirtualHere Client: 5.9.7 (macOS Universal)

What happens:

When I right-click the USB drive in the client and select "Use", the client immediately fails with:

Unable to enumerate device at address 21
