I've tried to use the client on both OSX and Windows to connect to my WD PR4100 NAS. I can see the WD drive I have connected in the WD local web page. The client can see the Hub and NAS and drive.

    MyCloud Hub
       My Passport

When I right click and choose use this device (on any of the items listed) I get a popup saying "Sorry disks cannot be redirected via VirtualHere on a WD MyCloud NAS"

Any ideas?

I'm running USB server on windows, and can connect to devices from clients...

But when I go to http://server_ip:7575, I can't get admin GUI, 

and I see this error logs in the server -

ERROR : Error received message is too big   

Whenever I try to connect to a USB external drive on a network PC it is always forcefully disconnects the drive on the original PC instead of safely doing it. This can cause drive failure.
Can you fix this issue ?

I been running VH with a Dygma Raise keyboard. Headless Pi server / Mac client and it's been running great except when I need to modify the programming on the Raise keyboard. This doesn't work and I have to disconnect the keyboard from the Pi and directly connect to the Mac which isn't the best as my keyboard/VH Pi are mounted onto my office chair and then I have this usb cord tethering me to my desk.

Hi everyone!  Sorry for what is probably a very basic question to folks here, but here goes...

Running a virtualhere server at home.  I have my firewall rules set and I can connect to my dongle (plugged into my virtualhere server at home) remotely.

Is there a way to create a username and password to the virtualhere server so I can be the only one to connect to the virtualhere server and attach to my dongle remotely?

I am current trying out the "free" version to test that it will work with a Stream Deck XL remote using the Raspberry Pi to connect to a OS X machine.  When I first start up the client everything is great and things work as it should, but when I walk away from the computer for time I will wind up getting the following error on the OS X machine:

But when I tried to connect, something went wrong

I just setup VirtualServer Here on my new Mac Mini. I am using it to make a USB device available to a Windows VM. It worked with the old Mac Mini (Intel). I can't seem to get it to work with the new Mac Mini (Silicon M2, Ventura 13.4.1).

I can see the device in the client and connect it. Windows sees the device the the device is not fully operational.

Purchased a copy of VirtualHere for Android. Works "fine", but disconnects when the screen goes dark. I have checked "keep awake" and "keep wifi on".
Android device is a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE on latest update.

I'm currently looking for a remote USB solution for an arcade place. Since I used VH privately I immediately thought about it.

The requirements seem pretty simple. 4-6 devices will be connected at once, with mostly low data rates, but real-time-ish transmission requirements. Think something like a virtual flight/racing sim cockpit + a mono two-way audio. No cameras or storage devices. Everything will be connected via Ethernet, with the client running on a Windows VM.
