hi virtualhere team.

i am using virtualhere usb server on window. i run virtualhere client as administrator. but if someone using the devices the other user cannot disconnect the device which in use. even i also cannot do this. how can i fix this, i want to have a access on my server to disconnect device which is using.

I'm using GL-MT300N-V2 and CloudHub image version 4.4.1. When I upgraded the image (via the Windows Client) to the latest (4.4.2), the box did start back up properly. It's using a fixed IP address and wired network and I don't see the device being online and can't ping it.

As the device is remote, I have to go get it and see what happened. For the past year, updates went smoothly and the device came back online okay.

This has happened before only once (a year ago, don't remember the version, you acknowledged it here in the forums).

Is there a way to see for how long a device has been in use using the client API?
I tried "device info, xxxxx" and "get client state"

I have setup about five Raspberry Pi 4 Model B's in the last three weeks, and and just now tried to update firmware on a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. All of the 4 models took up to 5-10 minutes to see the wireless network using a laptop within 5 ft. Today I cannot even see the 3 model even though I keep refreshing the laptop wifi networks (re-initiating a scan). All was latest firmware. Any suggestions?

Hello all! I have been using my Tflight hotas with great success on VH, but I am looking at upgrading and giving my old tflight to my son.

Does anyone know if the VKB gladiator Exo hotas/throttle will work with VH?

My VirtualHere client is unable to use my USB device attached to my replacement laptop. Based on my log checking, I think it is because the VirtualHere server cannot find a driver, but not fully certain. Here is the message I saw:

2022-08-17 14:01:49 ERROR :Could not install driver for class Authentication Devices

Please let me know what I can do to resolve - thanks. For reference, I've attached my longer server log below.

I use virtualhere to my full satisfaction, only I have a question, I use a ddns name (noip) with the intention of protecting my ip address, but when I enter my ddns at hostname and then look at properties (in client), there is first the dns name and behind it my ip address (which I don't want) even when I use a vpn I always see my ip address, is there a solution?
