I got a virtualHere setup between my nvidia Shield (server) and PC (client), and it works perfectly : I can play games on my pc with the xbox controller dongle plugged on my Shield.

BUT when I want to add my wireless keyboard : I plug the dongle on the shield and I can't see it on my virtualHere client, the keyboard controls my shield instead of controlling my PC.

We are using virtual here for sometime and we were not having issue sofar.

I have two people using the Hub from outside network and both are using the internet connection from the same service provider. 

One of the Engineer is able to access without any problem. Other person is unable to access hub outside network. Only difference I could find is one has connnection for residential use and other one is having corporate connection. We tried to work with internet service provider to address this issue  with has not resulted in success.

Hi, I prematurely bought a license (for some reason the trial version on Android said trial expired instantly) and am having trouble getting it to work. I have my desktop as a client and an Android TV as the server. I'm trying to connect a T300RS wheel but am getting the "device could not start code 10" error in device manager. Are there any known fixes?

I'm having trouble getting my USB oscilloscope (OWON VDS10221, VID/PID: 5345/1234) working with VirtualHere. 

The server is a licensed copy of vhusbdarmpi3 v4.4.8 on a RasPi 3.

The config file is below. I added the "onReset" line after reading posts related to some similar problems, and it got me past the first hurdle, which was a client message, "Error "Operation not permitted" (-1) trying to use this device. (<ip address>). There was an error using this device," when attempting to use the device (which appears simply as "U").

Hi, im trying to test the software but i cant make the client work.

The server is displayed on the client app but the remote usb device wont load. The driver on the client is on a failed state.

Tried to remove the driver and reinstalling it with -y -d but the same.

Client is on Windows 10 Pro x64 1703.

I'm trying to connect a laser to lightburn software on a Mac running Ventura 13.1. The server is working on an RPi 3B+, and the client seems to work well. 

When I tried to connect to a USB drive, I got the following (but at least the USB thumb drive connects on Windows and the lightburn connection partially works):

The win10 client and server share multiple devices for multiple clients to connect (1200). After the client circularly tests the remote ukey switch connection, the virtual driver will occasionally fail to be uninstalled, and the device has been disconnected, but the local display device driver still exists. When the client connects to the next shared device, it will encounter recognition exceptions, All subsequent remote devices may not be correctly identified. At present, this situation can only be restored after restarting the computer.

I'm connecting a DualSense Edge to my licensed Nvidia Shield via USB and it seems like VirtualHere can't see this device.

I get the permission requests, say yes, but nothing ever shows up on the client side.

Tried the same with an xbox controller and it showed up right away.

Any clue what I can do ?

Hi. Does the server Serial Number VirtualHere uses on Raspberry Pis change with reinstallation of Linux, or does it stay consistent on the same hardware? If I reinstall Linux, or switch between the different versions of Linux, can I then simply enter my activation code for the server again or would I need to contact support every time? Is there a difference between the different models of Raspberry Pi?
