Forums

Hi, after noticing that the windows client doesn't autostart after a reboot, I tried to install the client as a service.
I didn't know that service mode can only be used with a license.
Before I used it with th usb server on my shield tv and I had random disconnects and no reconnect.
I do have multiple devices I want to use and this is a great software, so I plan on buying the license...but first I have to troubleshoot the disconnects issues.

Client on Raspberry Pi 3B+

Forums

Hi there,

I'm running the Windows x64 server application (seems to work well), the USB device I need to share is here.

I'm having trouble running the Linux client on my RPi3B+ however (running the latest Raspbian OS, all updates done). I've tried vhuitarm7 - I get a segmentation fault here, it does not run. I've also tried vhclientarmhf - this appears to run, but there is nothing printed to console. As a test, I've tried the lsusb command, but this still just lists the devices connected locally on the RPi only.

Cubase e-licenser + WD NAS **FIX**

Forums

Hi all, just been playing around with elicencer key and WD NAS, and was getting 'flakey' messages which caused Cubase 10.5 Pro to hang, and Steingberg plugins not to be 'activated'.

The solution I've found is to plug your elicenser key DIRECTLY to the WD NAS, and not into a hub. Fortunately the WD NAS has 2x USB 3 sockets so make sure you have 2 sockets so you can hub other dongles and leave one socket freely dedicated for the elicenser. Cubase 10.5 Pro fires up perfetly now wirelessly around my home, will try the DNS WAN method as well and will report back on this.

SSL + reverse TCP

Forums

I'm attempting to connect a purchased pi linux server in a private network with a windows 2019 server VM on wide area network. I can connect no problem without SSL but the device doesn't show up when attempting to user SSL. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I followed the instructions on the SSL page. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Pi server config.ini :
```
It=
EasyFindId=
EasyFindPin=
License=
SSLCert=/home/pi/ssl/server.pem
ReverseClients=:7572
SSLPort=7572
SSLUseClientCerts=0
MacOS Server Win10 Client DS4windows won't recognise the ds4 controller
Forums
Hey, I've just downloaded virtualhere.
I want to be able to connect multiple ds4 controllers via USB to my Macbook which should then stream the date to my PC, trust me it makes sense :D
But sadly a test controller wasn't recognised by DS4windows, even though the client recognised it.
If looking into the device manager and it seems like the controller is categorised as faulty generic USB Input. Still, I'm unable to retrieve the input data given by the controller if they are any.
Does anybody have a recommendation to fix it?
USB device not available after reboot
Forums
I am testing using a Raspberry Pi 4B as a server (created using the hardware image, cloudhub-pi4-factory-sdcard) and operation is as expected except for one issue: when the server is rebooted the Cloudhub device again becomes available on the client, but the attached USB device at the server is not visible. The only way to restore access to the USB device is to physically disconnect and reconnect the USB device at the server, at which time the USB device again becomes available to the client.
