I was just wondering if there were any response time or input delay advantages to using a CPU optimized build for an RPi3 or if it's just to keep CPU usage lower over all.
If there are any advantages do you have any idea what kind of numbers the difference would be?
Hi,
I need to purchase a VirtualHere license for TPCast (https://www.virtualhere.com/tpcast_purchase)
Is it possible to pay by PayPal because this is the only payment method I'm able to use.
Thank you.
I've been running into a problem recently, that I'm wondering if others are having.
I have two XBO controllers with wireless adapters. One wireless adapter is connected to my Windows 10 PC for local gaming, and the other to a Shield TV running the VirtualHere server, for gamestreaming from the same Windows 10 PC, which is running the client.
Hey there,
i'm using a netPi. On this device runs a yocto linux with an docker host. This starts a container witch an raspbian stretch 4.9. The virtual here server is running under this raspbian container. When i try to share USB-Serial-Converters the server shoes the folloeing error message in the log:
Mon Jul 2 15:06:37 2018 LOG_ERR Error 1 opening device (/home/pi/bus_usb_001_015) file descriptor, Operation not permitted
The server runs under root. Any ideas why this could happen?

Is there a way to prevent someone renaming the virtualhere server instance from the client?
We would like to set in the config file and users prevent renaming.
thx

Hi
Could someone help me with this problem I have. I have used virtualhere with raspberry pi 3b+ in my lan network and it works great. But i have a need to make it work through internet and that is why i bought a subscription for three months Easyfind. But the problem is that my clients are not finding the easyfind address at all. I have checked the easyfind address several times and everything is marked correctly. Do you have any tricks or hints how i could try to get easyfind to work? Easyfind is enabled in server (in lan client says it is enabled).
Thanks in advance
When trying to share a Smart Card I get an error "There was a mistake using this device"
And this log generated,
Is bitstreaming (ac3/dts) supposed to work with any usb audio device?
I was trying to use Creative Omni Surround usb sound card with Steam Link's Virtual Here - analog output worked good, stereo spdif output was sometimes ok, sometimes not, but dts/ac3 were totally stuttering.

I have one Raspberry Pi VH Server located in our shop with about 6 devices attached including printers, cutters and USB security dongles. I quite often leave my computer VH client in the shop using a printer.
My question is, if I then change to another computer VH client and try to use the same printer left 'in use' on my other computer, how can I stop using this printer on the 1st computer so I can use it on the 2nd without having to go to the 1st computer to 'stop using the printer'?
