Access over Internet.

Forums

Hi
I'm using Asus router ac-68u (tm-ac1900) as server and I wanted to use your program for my ilok and cubase dongle
I installed linux Server app in the router, and it works perfectly in internal network. (Thank you for your great work!!)

But How can I use it over internet?
I opened TCP 7575 port of my router (server), and as I'm using asus ddns, I put the address (myid.asuscomm.com:7575) in specify hubs menu of client.
Then, a message saying 'Connecting to hubs' appeared, but soon disappeared (again and again).

Steam Link - Xbox One Controller

Forums

Hi, I bought steam virtualhere.

I own an Xbox 360 Wired controller and an Xbox One Wired Controller (Afterglow Prismatic Wired Controller) and connect them both to the Steam Link device.

If I activate the virtualhere, the Xbox One controller becomes useless. While with the Xbox 360 controller everything is ok (I can play FIFA 18 without problems) with the Xbox One controller I can not even move in the Big Picture menu (Steam)

I also bought the DLC, nothing has changed, solutions?

Steam Link, wired USB Xbox 360 Controller, and Star Wars Battlefront 2 (New)

Forums

Hi All,
I've been using Steam Link to play non-Steam games with my xbox 360 controller without much struggle up until now. Here is a list of non-steam games (and their platforms) I've been able to play this way WITHOUT VirtualHere: Witcher 3 (GoG), Mass Effect: Andromeda (Origin) and Titanfall 2 (Uplay I think). Usually, the solution involved setting the game to some compatibility mode (either Windows 7 or XP) and adding the game as a non-Steam game to my Steam Library and running it from Big Picture Mode without much fuss.

Did we have to buy Licences?

Forums

Hello everybody,
we want to use virtualhere in our network. We have some rasperry Pi's and are running xfreerdp on it. On 3 off the raspberry's we have to install a virtual here server for local printers. Per server there is only one member(client) and one usb port used. Did we have to buy 3licences because we are a company or can we use it for free?
Thank you best wishes.
Martin

Driver download for offline installations

Forums

Hello!

We are testing the trial version of VirtualHere USB Server in our lab environment at the office (if it works we may look into a site license), but are running into a problem where lack of internet access is not allowing the appropriate drivers to download. Unfortunately, due to IT policy on certain machines, internet access on some of these machines is simply not an option.

I can see in the server log the file(s) requested, such as the following:

Curl on NEXX WT3020H with the Cloudhub?

Problems uploading sketches to Arduino Mega on Windows 10

Forums

I'm running into a strange sporadic problem while connecting to multiple genuine Arduino Mega boards (not clones) through VirtualHere and trying to upload a sketch/program to the board. It opens a serial connection, tries to communicate with a bootloader, then uploads the program. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it fails with timeout errors. Strangely enough, this doesn't happen with the Arduino Uno boards that work the same way.

I thought it might be Ethernet or network connection related, but I'm running with very low 1

One server - 2 Wlan adapter- want to split the devices

Forums

I am using Virtualhere with TPCast. I want to use the vive camera with a usb wlan adapter in the usb port. The virtualhere client doesn't seem to remember which device I want on a specific ip addresses. I am trying to have virtualhere start all the Vive devices except the camera on the onboard wlan nic and the camera on the usb nic... but they don't stay that way on restart in the virtualhere client. Please advise. Thanks.
