Speed of writing to iphone device

Forums

Hi Micheal

thanks for all your efforts, VH works great for sharing iphone from both Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04 servers to Ubuntu 18.04 client.

However, data throughput to iphone is really low, this is usbtop on vh client side (ubuntu 18.04, vh client 4.6.7)
when vh server is windows (i9-9980HK, 32GB ram) - https://youtu.be/RE6Gm7STJx8
when vh server is on linux (i5, 8GB ram) - https://youtu.be/pXMoQntqxF0

Speed of transfer To iphone never increases above 20-30kib/s

Device info removes "-" from iphone Xs serial

Forums

Thank you for this amazing tool, however I have a tiny problem.
I'm using serial that VH returns to find device in database and I'm getting mismatch for Iphone Xs serial number:

./vhclientx86_64 -t "device info,LAPTOP-25NU9GXX.XX" is returning serial without minus sign - (00008020001849920C09XXXX)

Xcode and ideviceinfo show iphone X serial number with minus sign (00008020-001849920C09XXXX)

Looking for Client 4.2.0

Forums

I am looking to find a copy of Virtualhere Client 4.2.0 32-bit software. Does anyone know where I could get it from?

Also, - Michael why don't you keep a repository of older versions? I have found that the current versions of the software no longer work for us. I have managed to find a couple of older versions but it seems like 4.2.0 is the last one that works correctly 4.9.5.0 does not work nor does anything newer.

Does the device need to have drivers?

Time limit for device use

Forums

We have 3 USB devices being served up for use. We have enabled SSL for access, due to issues with losing connection over VPN.

The USBs connections are no longer being disconnected when inactive due to a stable connection.

Is it possible to setup the server to release a device after a period of time, or from non-use after a period of time.

Example: Client 1 has USB1 in use over SSL. After 4 hours he needs to "re-borrow" the device, or if he is not actively using the device after 15min, he releases the device automatically.

Is this possible ?
