Virtual Here Client in Docker

Forums

Hello,

is there any guidance or example on how to run the virtual here console client within a docker container?

My goal is to run the vh client and a print server in a docker container, in order to simplify the management of my print server(s).

Any help or a working example would be really appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

Lost connection

Forums

Hello,

since a windows update last week (KB890830, KB4048958 and KB4049017) on windows server 2012, the client does not automatically start at restart of the machine and once restarted and that we close the session, the connection with the nas (synology) cuts itself off. I installed the latest version of Client 4.3.4.

Best regards.

Epson Stylus Pro 7600

Forums

Hi, I try to run an EPSON Stylus PRO 7600 on your latest Raspberry Pi image (with RPI3b) the printer is displayed as a generic USB2.0 printer and not with the correct device name EPSON_Stylu_Pro_7600. Neither windows 7 nor OSX will install any Epson printer driver if that is not correct. I'm I would really love to buy this if it could be resolved. May it would be possible to override the device name based on the usb device id as it is not properly passed automatically. My Fuji DX100 is recognized and working flawlessly even in trial mode.
Thanks in advance Andreas

VirtualHere detectable?

Forums

There is an USB product called Seneye which allows you to monitor things over USB.
Now the vendor updated their software so it isn't possible anymore to use VirtualHere to virtualise the USB. They did this because they are selling a WIFI->USB product and want to make additional sales on this expensive device.

How is it possible that they can prevent the use of VirtualHere? And can VirtualHere fix this so we can use it again for this purpose?
