Hi,

I'm trying to share a USB device from Android to my Windows 7 64 PC.
I got this working using my Nexus 5 6.0, but on my Galaxy S3 (I9300) 4.4.2 i can see only Android hub at the client.
The USB device is working on the Galaxy device, but from some reason VirtualHere can't share it.
Here's the log for the server:

Hi. I have successfully installed "vhusbdmips" on my router: WNDR4300, with Chaos Calmer 15.05.
VirtualHere works fine, unfortunately I get only ~2.5MB/s transfers from connected USB drives.
I checked with htop, and "vhusbdmips" uses around ~90-100% of CPU when I'm transfering files.
Is there anything I can do to reduce CPU usage and make transfer speeds faster?

Hello,

I'm new user of your very intuitive software.
i'm using it with 3G usb sticks, it works fine with huawei, ZTE, D-Link etc.
But with the Lonsai LS100 it's not mounting correctly (There is no CD/DVD device of the usb stick) and the modem is not working.

Thank you in advance.

Hello,

I am running win8.1 x64 and using the 64 bit client (3.3.4) I can see my hub and the shared device. I am running a android server(2.6.5) and although I can see range of devices, I can only select one device at a time. I have licensed the server and it shows the unlimited devices message but I can only share one device at a time. The UI of the server only lets me select one device at a time and it just replaces out the most recent device to be shared.

What is going on here?

Server installed on raspberrypi 1 and 2, two different usb devices tested. Windows and OS X clients work correct (2-10% cpu on server) but the Linux client gives data corruption and generates a high load on the server (40-95%). The linux client logs:

Hi
according to this thread, https://www.virtualhere.com/node/514, a windows client is not guaranteed to work properly on elicenser (cubase).
I'm wondering that still it is not supported.
i'm using NAS server and Windows client.
I'm going to buy a license for virtualhere if it works with cubase dongle and ilok.
Thanks.

Tell us in greater detail how the authorization?
As client and server communicate with one another using the authorization?

Hi there!

I have been trying in vain to get this to work with my Macs in the studio. Here's the setup:

Main Mac:
8 core 2008 Mac Pro running USB Server, connected to network over Ethernet, via BT Home Hub 5. My iLok is plugged into the back of the Mac...

Mobile Mac:
Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013 running USB Client, connected to network over WiFi, via BT Home Hub 5.

Installing virtualhere on my Qnap NAS fails with the following message: "VirtualHere installation cannot find the Public Path"

What can I do?

So long... Joni
