Dongle-USB key plugged in Synology if we run on two different computers, does the ID of the key on the computer change or is it assigned from the Synology port?

Hello, I have been using some days ago Virtualhere on my NVIDIA SHIELD to connect a bluetooth dongle to my PC and connect my Xbox Controller to the PC, as far as I have readed the free usage of Virtualhere is limited for 1 device, but yesterday it showed a message that my trial license expired, following a comment in the forum I reinstalled the server app and everything works again, but today I tried again to play and it shows me a message in the Client that the server has a invalid license, why is this happening?

I am seeing an "Error opening uuid generator" error when attaching USB devices on a client.

The host is Ubuntu 20.04 (in chroot), and the client is Windows 7. The client is actually a VM running in Virtualbox on the same machine.

my problem is the virtualhere can't find my usb on win10 system.
1. I install virtualhere app in my Synology NAS.
2. I have buy the license.
3. before I use the virtualhere Client software in good and normal in the win7 and win10 or Mac .
4. recently I reinstall the win10 system in my computer. I download the virtualhere client software and click to use, I can't find any device.
5. when I look the virtualhere license, it's nothing show.

Im fighting an issue with my virtualhere server. I decided to protect my USB devices with a password to make sure no one will access them without the proper authorization.
So in my Config file i added this line.

I double-click the printer and keep prompting me “when runing the client as a service you can only connect to purchased server” What's going on?

I am trying to run VirtualHere on a Raspberry pi 4 sever to connect some peripherals to my windows 10 client. I am having particular trouble with a wireless keyboard I just got, the Microsoft Wireless All-In-One Media Keyboard. Once I connect, it works for a minute or two but then the client stops responding to any input on the keyboard.

<p>I'm thinking that it should be possible, provided the user has permissions to whatever files that the server requires to function.

<p>When I try to start it, it gives me a permission error and tells me to run as root, but I'm wondering if it's just a simple uid check that fails, or whether it's failing to access some specific file that I can allow permission to.
